As some of you know, my son-in-law, is serving our nation in Kuwait.  He is in Camp Pennsylvania.  Today I was privileged to witness and be somewhat involved in yet even more evidence of His Grace, His Providence, His Control, His Love.  A simple reminder of John 16:33:

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

With this afternoon's event, it is almost as if Jesus is telling us, "Children, why do you worry?  I am in control.  I AM."

Today, my daughter Mary, received a photo of Scott from Ali Nasser Alroumi of the Kuwaiti News Agency.  A picture of Scott alive and well and smiling no less.  I have no choice but to bow in gratitude under the weight of my Lord's Grace.

As my wife wrote earlier today, "A picture is worth a thousand words, it silences a thousand fears."
